Resiliency Check In

Have you checked in with your body and mind today? We all have things that trigger us outside of our resiliency zone but what is most important is how we BOUCE BACK! The first step is identifying the sensations that we feel in our bodies and how they are connected to the emotions we feel in our minds. From there, we can choose to notice the negative feelings but shift them to positive thoughts and sensations.

Wind Down Wednesdays

We all have good, bad, and sad days (And that’s okay!) . We are all going through stresses (even if they look different). It’s important to check in with ourselves and with each other. You are never alone. We are in this together!

Join us live zoom every Wednesday from 5pm- 6pm for a check in and restoration activity to balance our week and keep our emotions on track .
