Manifest Your Mantra

Mantras are a word or phrase that encourage us to look at things in a positive way, and make us feel good. They can remind us of our goals, or help us to feel balanced and resilient throughout our day.

Try Making your own:

  1. Today I choose to be ……

  2. I will stay positive by……

  3. I love that I am ………

  4. I will concentrate on ……

  5. I will allow myself to…..

Positive Affirmations

Affirmations are things that you love about yourself. Writing and then saying your affirmations in the mirror can help you the practice self love that you deserve!

Try Making your own:

  1. Start by writing “I am”

  2. Make a list of positive things you love about yourself

  3. Try to think about physical, social, and emotional qualities that you are proud of

  4. If a negative feeling comes up then write it down, strike it out and write the opposite down.

  5. Know that YOU SO ARE WORTH LOVING! AND THAT YOU ARE VALUABLE.
